It is so beautifully blissful. Pure Sattva everywhere. Pure Sattva self-protects and is an automated pilot driven for Dharma in the universe. Its task is to either trigger viveka or ensure adharma is not spread in the system by karmically distancing such elements further away from reality.
The divine bliss attracts everyone and everything because Prakriti unites with Shiva. All, including the good as well as the bad, get attracted. It comes with the Pasha (noose) of the goddess. The bad are bound to karma, and the good are progressed towards liberation.
